Our Story
Fidelitas Defense is a dual-use, AI-native Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company delivering Systems Assurance, Supply Chain, Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI), and Regulatory Risk Management for safety and mission-critical AI systems. Born out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the company is founded by former U.S. Intelligence Community professionals and military veterans.
