Our Story
Fidelitas Defense is a deep-tech, dual-use, AI-native Systems Assurance company delivering Supply Chain, Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI), Cybersecurity, and Regulatory Compliance risk intelligence for safety- and mission-critical AI systems. Born out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the company was founded by former U.S. Intelligence Community professionals and military veterans.
