Frank Jonas is the Founder of Fidelitas Defense — a mission driven leader, with over two decades of national service and deep expertise at the intersection of cybersecurity, insider risk, and critical infrastructure protection.
Frank begam his career as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer (Intelligence / Cyber), serving 20 years across active and reserve duty. His military service includes assignments at U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency, where he led Computer Network Defense operations. After transitioning from active duty, he joined the FBI as a Special Agent (Cyber), dedicating 18 of his 20-year career to field operations in the New York and Newark Field Divisions. Following his retirement from the FBI in 2022, Frank served as Director of Cyber Threat Detection & Response for Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue) in London, UK, before founding Fidelitas Defense in 2025.
Frank is currently a part-time, DPhil (PhD) Candidate (2025-2030) at the University of Oxford, Department of Engineering Science, where his research focuses on cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Autonomous Systems and Robotics, with an emphasis on systems engineering. He holds an MSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Greg Lynch is the Co-Founder of Fidelitas Defense, bringing over two decades of leadership in counterintelligence, insider threat mitigation, and intelligence operations within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
Greg’s career spans global assignments and close collaboration with U.S. and allied intelligence partners. He has led strategic initiatives in partnership with major defense acquisition organizations, including the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC). His expertise bridges national security and advanced technology programs at the highest levels. In addition to his government service, Greg has successfully launched and led a private business in the Washington, D.C. area, with a strong focus on business development, early-stage growth, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
Greg holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College.
Dr. Brian Grottkau, M.D., serves as a Trusted Advisor to Fidelitas Defense for Healthcare and MedTech sectors .
Brian is the Shriners Professor of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Chief of Pediatric Surgical Services at the University of Miami Health System. With over 25 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon — and more than 20 years as Chief of Pediatric Orthopaedics at Massachusetts General Hospital, formerly ranked the #1 hospital in the United States by U.S. News & World Report — Dr. Grottkau brings unparalleled clinical and leadership expertise.
He holds a B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Harvard University, and a M.D. in Orthopaedic Surgery from Harvard Medical School. Brian further holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
